We want you to love your Ostrid jewellery. If you don't, we'll make it right.

30-day money-back guarantee

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to decide. If you're not happy with your piece for any reason, you can return it for a full refund of the purchase price.

To qualify, please:

Email us at jankoseun@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return.
Wait for our return instructions before sending anything back. Items sent back without a return request can't be processed.
Return the piece in good condition and, where possible, in its original packaging.

For change-of-mind returns, the cost of sending the item back is for your account. We recommend a trackable service, as we can't refund items that don't reach us.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, and we'll cover the return shipping.

Warranty

Your jewellery comes with a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects, such as a broken clasp or a link coming apart. This does not cover damage from misuse or accidents, loss, or normal wear such as fading of the plating or wear of the cord over time. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act are not affected.

Cooling-off period

Under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, you may cancel your order within 7 days of receiving it, without reason or penalty. The only cost to you is the direct cost of returning the goods.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are paid back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the money in your account.
